Virtual portal instructions


    INSTRUCTION FOR ORAL PRESENTER

    For short instruction to the on onAIR platform for active participants you are welcome to see the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wp5OEKt6Dgw&feature=youtu.be
     
    Carefully read the following instructions:
    • Only Edge Chromium and Crome browsers will work with the platform.
    • You must join the session via Join as panellist button 15 minutes before the start of the session, not 15 minutes before your estimated lecture time!
    • If you enter during a session via zoom popout window please disable audio and video so you don't interfere with the ongoing lecture.
    • Have the Zoom app downloaded before.
    • Power point presentation must be in 16:9 format. Don't have any notes written in presenter view.
    • If you have a Mac laptop make sure that you have before hand allowed screen sharing in your computer in case you will be sharing powerpoint or video: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360016688031
    • Have your presentations & videos ready for test on Februar 11, 2021.
    • Presentation template can be downloaded in 16:9 here.
    • It is appreciated that you are connected to the internet via UTP and not WiFi!
    • There will be a moderator present in each of your sessions. The moderator will read out the featured questions to you so are able to focus on presentation itself.

    Live test of the platform with presentation will be on February 11th at 10.00 CET, 13.30 CET and 17.00CET. Be present at any of the listed timings.

    Access to the onAIR platform will be sent at least 4 days before the conference.

    Oral presentations are 10 minutes of lecture and 5 minutes Q&A.


    ⁠RECORDING CONSENT - MODERATORS, ORAL SPEAKERS

    We would like to kindly ask you to give the organisers the consent to record and publish the lecture on the conference platform after the conference. To submit or reject consent please follow this link or the personal link sent to your email.

     


    INSTRUCTIONS FOR VIRTUAL POSTER PREPARATION

    • Virtual Posters should be submited as PDF file in A4 - Horizontal format. Submission will take place on the virtual platform were the conference will take place. You will be notified at a later date of the login details.
    • Posters must be uploaded  by the presenting author and should not be e-mailed in advance!
    • Be in the Virtual poster section during the poster session. You will be able to orali answer question of the participants regarding your poster via a video link.
    • Poster must be submitted by authors to the onAIR platform directly. This will be avilable after your recive login credentials.
    • As for now poster upload is not yet possible.
